The broken example produces five specific findings: an inert action, a placeholder endpoint token, an implicit GET submission, and two unnamed controls. The corrected example produces no finding under the same published checks.

This proves the static diagnosis only. A paid repair is not called complete until the owner-approved endpoint also receives the tagged test submission and every written acceptance check above passes.
