Private Client Room

A fixed £199 pilot for the first three accepted deployments: Element and a Matrix homeserver on your Ubuntu server and domain, invite-only end-to-end-encrypted rooms by default, up to ten initial accounts, documented backup and update procedures, and administrator handover.

The scope is explicit about homeserver metadata, possible IP logs, recovery-key loss, and excluded security or compliance guarantees. Temporary deployment access is removed at handover, and the invoice is due only after the written acceptance checks pass.

An original, fictional Next.js and Tailwind implementation with vehicle search and filters, loading/empty/error recovery, dealership profiles, a no-network enquiry flow, and a responsive inventory-admin view. A small job should have a small process.

  1. Describe the outcome. A few sentences are enough. Link the public site or repository if one is available.
  2. Receive a quote. I reply with a fixed scope, price, and delivery target before changing code.
  3. Review the result. I deliver through a normal pull request or agreed source archive, with test evidence.
  4. Pay after acceptance. Payment is due only after the written acceptance criteria are met.
