A fixed £199 pilot for the first three accepted deployments: Element and a Matrix homeserver on your Ubuntu server and domain, up to fifteen initial accounts and three rooms, invite-only end-to-end-encrypted rooms by default, TLS, federation disabled by default, documented backup and update procedures, and administrator handover.
The scope is explicit about homeserver metadata, possible IP logs, recovery-key loss, and excluded security or compliance guarantees. Temporary deployment access is removed at handover, and the invoice is due only after the written acceptance checks pass.

This is not the Matrix offer.
